Will WhatsApp accept the 372 number on my Universal, Expedition or World eSIM or my PEN?
It is up to WhatsApp whether they accept this number. However, in most cases you do not need to change your existing WhatsApp phone number. Your WhatAapp number is just your user ID which is not going to get changed while using OneSimCard services. You can use your existing WhatsApp account with the mobile data our SIM cards provide.What is an eSIM & how does it work?
How do I top up my data with eSIM?
There are two ways you can do this:
Simply go onto your web account or eSIM app and purchase a new data package appropriate to your travel needs.
How does OneSim VoIP work when the call is received?
When someone dials your OneSim VoIP enabled Personal Extra Number (PEN), the system will first check if your OneSimCard phone is registered with the OneSim VoIP app on a Wi-Fi network. If it is registered, the call will be sent using VoIP. If the OneSim VoIP app is not running or it is not registered on a Wi-Fi network, then the call will be sent using the standard OneSimCard roaming network and charged our standard roaming rates.Do you offer an eSIM option for iPhones, Androids or Tablets?
Yes. The OneSimCard eSIM option is available for use with iOS and Android phones, smart watches and even Windows tablets.
eSIM is not a physical SIM, but rather a program that can be downloaded to eSIM compatible phones and device.

 Note: iPhonesmanufactured for the Chinese Market have 2 physical SIM card slots and are not eSIM capable. Pixel 3a can't use eSIM if the phone was purchased in Japan, or if bought with Verizon or Charter service.Can eSIM be used for Data, Calls and Texts?
Yes, as of March 3rd, 2020, OneSimCard eSIM can be used for Mobile Data, Voice and Texts. However, you can still use the OneSim VOIP app option with a Personal Extra Number (PEN) for additional savings on calling and texting

For DataMax eSIMs, only Data is available. However, you can use our OneSim VoIP app for cost effective voice and SMS communication.
Is there any additional cost to create a OneSim VoIP account?
There is no additional cost except for the fact that you need to have a compatible Personal Extra Number (PEN) active on your SIM card.When making an outgoing call how do I select which way the call should go: through regular roaming or through OneSim VoIP?
To make an outgoing call using OneSim VoIP, you need to be registered on a Wi-Fi network and have the OneSim VoIP app running on your phone. You should make the call using the OneSim VoIP app dial pad. To make a call the regular roaming way,you should make a call from your regular phone dial pad.Â
NOTE: Regular roaming calling is NOT available on DataMax or DataMax eSIM cards. To use voice you will need to use the OneSim VoIP app
Is text messaging available on the OneSim VoIP App?
OneSimCard SIM VoIP users with US and Canadian numbers may now send and receive text messages over the OneSim VoIP app on iPhone and Android. The cost to sending a message is $0.05 per text to most countries. Receiving message is $0.05. Â

Where can I find the settings required to be entered into the OneSim VoIP app?
Once you create the OneSim VoIP account, you will be emailed settings and instructions. You can also see the settings in the My SIM Cards menu of your online account.
