What should I do if my OneSimCard phone or SIM card is lost or stolen?
If your phone or SIM card is lost or stolen and automatic recharge is on, this could be a serious problem.
To prevent this, log in to your account and activate the option to block your service immediately after you notice your phone or SIM card is missing. You can find this option in the My SIM Cards menu. Your OneSimCard service for this SIM card number will be instantly blocked. The remaining balance on your lost SIM can be transferred to another SIM card on your account or you can order a replacement SIM card if you would like to keep your phone numbers from the lost SIM. However, the existing data package can’t be transferred to the new SIM card.

If the Data Plan is entirely consumed within the Plan time period, a new Data Plan can be purchased again immediately. You can also schedule a Data Plan for DataMax SIM to activate on a future date, as well as set up automatic extension of the Data Plan.
NOTE: For DataMax SIM Cards, you can activate different Data Plans simultaneously. For example, if you are traveling to countries included in the Zone Standard plan, and then travelling to a Zone Extended country, the Zone Standard plan will be used when you are in the country(s) where that Zone works, and when you land in a Zone Extended country(s) the Zone Extended will AUTOMATICALLY start to be used. If you then land in a country where the Zone Standard plan operates, and that plan is still active on your account, then you will then AUTOMATICALLY use the Zone Standard plan.

To activate a Data Plan, log in to your OneSimCard account and go to the My SIM Cards menu. Scroll down to the Discount Plan section, select the Plan and click Activate. The cost of the Plan will be deducted from the SIM card balance. If there is not enough money on the SIM, you will need to add funds before you will be able to activate the Plan.

Yes you can. On your online account, in the "My SIM cards" menu, you will see a section labeled "Select SIM Card." In that section there is a line labeled "Use w/o Plan." If you do not want to use data on a per MB/Pay-As-You-Go basis, and only consume data with a data plan, set this to "Off."Can I get rewarded for referring friends to OneSimCard?
Yes, you can! Our Refer a Friend program is available to all OneSimCard active account holders. For each friend you refer that purchases new service, you will receive $10 ($5 for rentals) deposited into your 1SIM Money Fund. The referral bonus will be received once the order for new service is placed, shipped and the 30-day return window has closed. You can then use these bonus awards to recharge your airtime or use toward any other purchases. There are no limits to the number of friends you can refer or the bonuses you can receive!I changed the caller ID in My SIM Cards menu to my PEN. However, SMS are still delivered with my 372 number. Can this be changed?
Unfortunately, due to most mobile carriers fighting SMS spam, it is no longer possible to replace the caller ID with your PEN. That said, outgoing calls made from your Universal, Expedition or World eSIMs will come with the PEN number displayed.
You can also send SMS with your PEN displayed as the caller ID using the OneSim VoIP app. USA and Canadian PENs are SMS capable.
Can I transfer my phone numbers and balance from my standard OneSimCard SIM when I upgrade to a OneSimCard Plus SIM or other SIM card?

Do I need to activate the SIM card when my order is received or purchased from a retail store?
Yes, you will need to activate the SIM card once the order is received.
All OneSimCard international SIM cards and international cell phones with SIM cards are shipped inactive to prevent theft and improve security. Only the person who placed the order for OneSimCard service can activate it.
Activation is very simple: When you receive the SIM, just log in to your account at www.OneSimCard.com and click the large Activate button you will see in the middle of the screen.
Retail Customers: If you purchased your SIM card through an online or brick-and-mortar retail store, you should have received activation instructions inside the product packaging. To activate retail SIM cards, go to www.OneSimCard.com/Retail enter your new OneSimCard international mobile number and fill out the form to register and activate the SIM card. You will be provided specific instructions on the registration page.
Do international cell phones purchased from OneSimCard come with a warranty?
Unless otherwise noted, all phones sold on OneSimCard.com come with our standard 90-day replacement warranty. This warranty covers any mechanical defects, but does not include damage due to Acts of God, neglect, water damage, or other intentional or unintentional abuses of the phone. OneSimCard does offer extended warranties available for purchase.
Is a micro-SIM or Nano-SIM version of OneSimCard available for the Apple iPhone 4/4S, 5/5C,5S, 6, 6S, 7, 8, X, iPads and other devices?
